Allow me to introduce you to our small, family-run kennel that breeds Flat Coated Retrievers.

Our kennel was founded in 2015, but everything started long before its establishment. Cynology began to touch me from an early age, when dogs were always an integral part of our family. Representatives of the German shepherd breed prevailed, "Dan" who served the country and I shared a spoonful of jam with him, the caring female "Roxi" who was a great partner for my every invention, but also a warm-hearted teddy bear, the Leonberger female "Bára". And so, by their side, I gradually began to discover my first steps towards training and connecting a dog with a person. After all, in our village there were always plenty of opportunities to spend all the time with them. At the age of 19, I bought my first, dream retriever, and it was just that FCR – got the name “Rainbow.” But I had no idea what I was about to start and how much it would change my life.

Rainbow really was Mr. Dog, so to speak. Very characterful, with a giant heart, endlessly good mood and immense devotion, he charmed everyone around him, within a single second. He was still full of energy by nature, but he calmed down quite early on the flat, and was still absolutely enthusiastic about every action. Thanks to him, I got into a world that I had no idea about at the time. I fully immersed myself in the study of this breed, completed the first steps of hunting training and together we dominated show rings abroad. We did canistherapy together, participated in educational activities for the public and performed at social events. Later, in cooperation with organizations, we started creating lectures for the little ones, where Rai was the main actor. He radiated so much energy and joy around him, no matter what he did, he always had a special energy around him and attracted everyone to him like a magnet. Celebrity rags and still a lot of people around us. He wore it proudly whether with a medal around his neck or when carrying a basket of things as an assistant. In short, personality and connection only on thought.
We have experienced many trips, tracks and traveled so much together. He was always by my side and went into everything I thought of in all situations. And even then I knew that the name of the kennel would bear his name in connection with what our journey together meant for us.

And so our internationally protected kennel Rainbow for Life was established on 18 December 2015.

A few years later, we added another member of our flat family. She is a daughter of our Rai, from a foreign cover. Loki is not only different from his daddy in brown, but he is a completely crazy dragon with never-ending energy. In the field of work, she earned the nickname "maniac bitch". She is a very temperamental female with a huge appetite for work, with unceasing joy and enthusiasm for everything. Even so, she is perfectly controllable, still cheerful and doesn't know any obstacles or situations that could discourage her. In 2023, she became the mother of our first litter, and thanks to her, the family line of Rainbow for Life dogs continues.

That's how it all started, that's how it all continues and flows...we act with love, a clear conscience and give it everything we have. We are continuing what we started many years ago and there is much more to it than that "we are a kennel"...

We have dogs as members of our family. That's why we take care of proper nutrition with high-quality and balanced feeding, so that they have enough of everything they need. We try to devote all our free time to them so that they are in good physical and mental condition. We guide them to the correct and natural behavior, training and socialization. We have already completed many trainings, courses, webinars and are dedicated to hunting practice. Here, we pay particular attention to the health, good character traits of the breed, but also to the innate aptitude for work and a nice exterior. We care about our breedings even after they leave their birth home and thanks to this we have an overview of the health and temperaments in our breeding line. We always plan puppies carefully and prioritize quality over quantity. We are happy for the new owners - "members of our breeding family" and in case of interest we will always be happy to advise, help and be there for you and our breedings. All our advice and tips, be it feed, nutritional supplements, exercises and tricks, are drawn from many years of personal experience and we guarantee that they are really tried and true things.
